About Jordan

Jordan Quaglia (KWAH-lee-uh) is an author, professor, and public speaker whose work bridges cutting-edge science, contemplative practice, and applied insight.
As Associate Professor of Psychology at Naropa University, he directs the Cognitive and Affective Science Laboratory and researches mindfulness, compassion, and boundaries.
His work translates rigorous inquiry into practical ways of becoming more present, discerning, and connected—in our lives, relationships, and communities.
